UCF Engineering
Entrepreneurship Program
UCF
is offering an "Engineering Entrepreneurship" program
at KSC in Spring 2002. This program has been recognized by the
National Collegiate Inventors and Inno-vators Alliance (NCIIA)
as one of the most innovative and balanced Technical Entrepreneurship
programs in the country. This program is being considered for
the NCIIA course and program grants for 2002. Some of the Entre-preneurial
Teams in the program are also in the running for NCIIA's E-Team
grants because of their high marketability potential and patented
innovations. This course could open a window of opportunity for
any aspiring entrepreneur who has an innovative idea or who may
want to get started by commercializing NASA or University technologies.
This course is strongly supported by the NASA Technology Commercialization
office and the UCF Technology Incu-bator. For more information
on this course, which begins Jan. 10, please contact Dr. Carmo
D'Cruz at cdcruz@mail.ucf.edu or by calling 321-773-6084.
