§ Check surf conditions before entering the water.
§ Protect your skin (hat, shirt, suntan lotion).
§ Look out for aquatic life (including jelly fish).
§ Drink plenty of water regularly.
§ Never fake actions or calls for help.
§ Watch for signs of heat stroke.
§ Respect other beach patrons.
§ Follow the advice of the lifeguards.

Please be cautious at the beach. If you have children, they might not be aware of the risks.
