hands meeting
Center
Director Jim Kennedy is leading a NASA-KSC all hands meeting Dec.
12 from 9:30 - 11 a.m. at the Training Auditorium. The event’s
focus is on the Expendable Launch Vehicle program. Lt. Gen. Eugene
Tattini, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory deputy director,
will discuss the Space Infrared Telescope Facility
(SIRTF), seen at left. Along with their respective discussions,
ELV Manager Stephen Francois, Kennedy, and ELV contractor representatives
will welcome questions. Witness the event live on NASA TV, channel

Visitor Complex
Employee Holiday Discounts
From now until Dec. 24, all badged KSC and CCAFS employees will
receive free Maximum Access admission to the Visitor Complex.
Additionally, employees can purchase up to four maximum access
tickets at half price for family and friends. In addition, all
badged KSC and CCAFS employees receive a 30 percent discount at
all Visitor Complex retail locations, including the Space Shop
at the main site and the gift shop at the Astronaut Hall of Fame.
This offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with any
other discount. The KSC Visitor Complex is open daily from 9 a.m.
to approximately dusk, except Dec. 25. Maximum Access Admission
includes all exhibits, Astronaut Encounter, IMAX® space films,
the KSC bus tour and the Astronaut Hall of Fame. For additional

Blood Drive
Everyone is welcome to donate! – The ELVIS Contractor Team
consisting of Analex, ai solutions and SAIC is sponsoring a blood
drive at the O&C building Monday,
Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Space Coast Blood Bank will
be parked just outside the O&C on the north side. Donors will
get a coupon for a free 8 x 10 portrait from JC Penney, discount
coupons to Darden restaurants and a coupon for a free bag of Christopher
Bean gourmet coffee. Give the gift of life and promote this life-saving

Would you like to sing the national anthem? –
Country, Rap, Rock, or any other style is welcome. Auditions to
sing the national anthem at special events are being held Dec.
15 – 19 from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. You must bring your own
music on a CD or you can sing a cappella. To sign up for a time,
