NASA Administrator Sean O’Keefe to kick off NASA Safety
and Mission Success Week Nov. 17
Center
Director Jim Kennedy has asked “individuals and organizations
to reflect on the relevance of the CAIB findings and recommendations
and provide input and feedback on the implementation strategies.”
Copies of the CAIB Report have been distributed to all KSC employees
to read, internalize the findings and focus on its Agencywide implications
as well as in your own workplace. Kennedy suggests asking ourselves,
“What will I/we do differently?” Responses from group
dialogues will be collected, analyzed and reported. On Nov. 17,
NASA Administrator Sean O’Keefe will kick off SMS Week, which
will be followed by a KSC All Hands Meeting. Details on the KSC
All Hands will be issued soon.
