KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. -– Officials at the Kennedy Space Center briefed the media following the successful launch of Shuttle Endeavour to begin mission STS-108. NASA Launch Commentator Bruce Buckingham introduces Jim Halsell, Manager of Launch Integration; Mike Leinbach, Launch Director; and Col. Samuel Dick, 45th Space Wing Vice Commander. Halsell thanked the KSC team for a job well done and the Air Force for providing security support.
