Fla. -– At 2:30 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Nov. 28, the unmanned Russian
supply ship Progress 6 made an unsuccessful attempt to dock to the
International Space Station. As mission managers in the U.S. and
Russia tried to pinpoint the problem and evaluated potential solutions,
the launch of Shuttle Endeavour STS-108 was postponed. STS-108 is
a Utilization Flight that will carry the replacement Expedition
4 crew to the International Space Station, as well as the Multi-Purpose
Logistics Module Raffaello, filled with supplies and equipment.
