Image: Montage of Vehicle Assembly Building with American Flag and shuttles landing.KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. -– Space Shuttle Endeavour touches down at 2:37 p.m. in a welcomed landing, after 3 days of wave-offs due to poor weather. Endeavour landed at the Shuttle Landing Facility, completing the 5.74-million-mile journey to the International Space Station (ISS). STS-113 was the 16th assembly flight to the International Space Station, carrying the P1 Integrated Truss Structure, the first portboard truss segment, to be attached to the central truss segment, S0, and to bring home the Expedition 5 Crew who have been up aboard the ISS for about 6 months.
