On Wednesday, Endeavour refueled at Biggs Army Air Field, El Paso, Tx., and continued on to Dyess Air Force Base, Abilene, Tx., where it remained over night. On Thursday, Endeavour and the 747 departed Dyess for Eglin Air Force Base in Florida's panhandle for refueling. Endeavour then completed the trip to Kennedy yesterday afternoon, touching down on the Shuttle Landing Facility at about 5 p.m. Endeavour was demated from the Shuttle Carrier Aircraft last night and towed to Orbiter Processing Facility bay 1 where it was spotted at about 7 a.m. today. Next week work on Endeavour will include post-mission inspections, gaining access to the aft engine compartment and removing water spray boiler no. 3.
