NOTE: The vehicle was moved from Launch Pad 39-B to the VAB high bay
3 today. First motion was at about 12:30 a.m. and the vehicle was
hard down in the VAB at about 7:30 a.m. Foam insulation repairs will
begin tonight and continue through the weekend.

· Access external tank for foam insulation repairs which will begin tonight
