The CRISTA-SPAS payload was delivered to the pad early this morning and today is being installed into the Payload Changeout Room.

NOTE: Shuttle main engine and main propulsion system integrated testing is complete and heat shield installation is in work. Fuel cell No. 2 mechanical mates are complete. Functional checks are also planned for Atlantis' liquid oxygen 17-inch disconnect.

Atlantis will undergo a routine, three-week modal or structural test beginning July 21. Because the test requires the orbiter's midbody to be closed for flight, the midbody portion of the Crew Equipment Interface Test (CEIT) has moved up to July 14. The forward portion of the CEIT is scheduled for July 26.

NOTE: Functional testing of Endeavour's upper airlock hatch is in work today. Replacement of window No. 6 concludes today. Modifications to the orbiter's elevon coves are on hold and will pickup again on Monday. Preparations to remove the 17-inch disconnect continue.
