The aft confidence test is in work today and will be complete by the time the countdown begins at 2 p.m. today. The crew is scheduled to arrive at KSC's Shuttle Landing Facility at 1:30 p.m. EST. No serious technical issues are being worked on the vehicle at this time.
STS-84 -- 6th MIR DOCKING & SPACEHAB DM (image)NOTE: The forward reaction control system (FRCS) remains at the Hypergol Maintenance Facility where work is being conducted to verify the proper installation of thruster seals. The FRCS will be returned to the OPF later this week and reinstalled on the orbiter. Also, the protective main engine tail cone will be removed on Wednesday.
