
STS-84 -- 6th MIR DOCKING & SPACEHAB DM (image)NOTE: The pad is open today for normal prelaunch activities following the loading of hypergolic propellants into the orbiter's reaction control system. The payload bay doors will be reopened today for tunnel mate and leak checks and to complete final payload bay close-outs. Also, late stow set-ups in the Spacehab will begin today. Next week, efforts will begin to close-out the aft engine compartment.
STS-84 SCHEDULED OPERATIONAL MILESTONES (dates are target only):
STS-94 -- Microgravity Science Laboratory-1 (image)NOTE: Orbiter maneuvering system pod functional checks are complete. Work on the forward reaction control system continues in preparation for delivery to the OPF on Monday. Fuel cell voltage tests are also scheduled for Monday. Spacelab servicing activities and experiment testing will be in work over the next two weeks. Solid rocket booster stacking operations in the Vehicle Assembly Building are complete. Segment joint close-outs are in work.
STS-94 SCHEDULED OPERATIONAL MILESTONES (dates are target only):
STS-85 -- CRISTA-SPAS-2NOTE: Forward reaction control system interface verification tests are complete. Inspections and close-outs in Discovery's midbody continue. Next week technicians will cycle Discovery's external tank doors to check out the power drive units. Payload premate activities are in work through next week.

STS-88 -- FIRST ISS ASSEMBLY FLIGHTENDEAVOUR (OV-105) NOTE: Endeavour is located in Orbiter Processing Facility bay 3. Removal of orbiter maneuvering system pod simulators is in work through next week. Orbiter coolant loop servicing begins next week.
