
STS-84 -- 6th MIR DOCKING & SPACEHAB DM (image)NOTE: Close-out activities continue in Atlantis' aft compartment. The engine compartment doors are scheduled for installation tomorrow. Hypergolic propellant pressurization is complete. Testing of the orbiter's global positioning and inertial navigation systems continues today. Payload vertical close-outs are in work and payload bay door closure is slated for about 8 p.m. tomorrow.

STS-94 -- Microgravity Science Laboratory-1 (image)NOTE: Work to install auxiliary power units No. 2 and No. 3 continues. The forward reaction control system arrived in the OPF last night and will be installed into the orbiter this weekend. Main engine installation is scheduled to begin Friday morning. The Spacelab interface verification test is in work and experiment health checks are scheduled through Friday night. In the VAB, preparations are underway for next week's planned external tank/solid rocket booster mating activities.
STS-94 SCHEDULED OPERATIONAL MILESTONES (dates are target only):
STS-85 -- CRISTA-SPAS-2NOTE: Preparations are in work for main engine installation on Monday. Payload premate activities continue. Engineering continues to analyze data on the bent bolts in the linkage of the power drive unit on the right hand external tank door.

STS-88 -- ISS-01-2AENDEAVOUR (OV-105) NOTE: Endeavour is located in Orbiter Processing Facility bay 3. The freon coolant loop over pressurization test is complete and good. Removal of the right hand orbiter maneuvering system simulator is complete. Orbiter maneuvering system/reaction control system wiring work is in progress.
