      NOTE: With much of the Endeavor/Mir transfer activities complete, the orbiter continues to perform without any significant problems. Mission managers expect tomorrow’s undocking and subsequent Mir flyaround to occur on schedule at about 11:52 a.m. Open assessments of the solid rocket boosters are complete and preliminary checks of the booster nozzles indicate no noticeable damage.

      Early indications have Shuttle weather forecasters predicting acceptable conditions at KSC to support Endeavour’s landing on Saturday at about 5:36 p.m.

      NOTE: With removal of residual reactants from Columbia’s right hand orbital maneuvering system (OMS) pod complete, technicians will begin thruster replacement work tonight. Leak checks of the OMS are slated for Friday. Water spray boiler checks are in work and functional tests of the orbiter’s waste collection system continue. Payload bay flood lights No. 1 and No. 5 have been replaced and No. 3 is slated for replacement this week.

      NOTE: Discovery’s robot arm is installed in the payload bay. Fuel cell monitoring system connections are complete and voltage tests are scheduled at the end of the week. Work on the orbiter’s airlock and body flap continue and flash evaporator system pressure checks are under way.
