| Final pre-launch preparations for the Feb. 28 liftoff of Shuttle Columbia continue to proceed on schedule at Pad A. Ordnance installation and hypergolic pressurization operations are in progress and will be completed tonight. The Hubble payload Interface Verification Test will take place tomorrow, followed by an end-to-end test on Friday. Orbiter aft closeouts are in work and will continue through the weekend. The final countdown for STS-109 is scheduled to pick up at the T-43-hour mark at 10 a.m. Monday Feb. 25. The seven-person astronaut crew will arrive at KSC early Monday morning to undergo final preparations for the Hubble servicing mission. Shuttle managers report that the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) hydraulic pump bolt issue remains under evaluation.
