During visual inspections, technicians noticed a small crack in the Main Propulsion System (MPS) LH2 flow liner leading to engine No. 1. After noticing the crack, tests were performed and two more cracks were identified on the same flow liner. Workers are performing further testing to determine the cause and if corrective action is required.

Shuttle Processing Note  (previous notes)

Discovery was moved from the VAB back to the OPF this morning, where it will remain until the arrival of Endeavour at KSC. As part of an analysis of the flow liner cracks found on Atlantis, similar inspections will be performed on Discovery this weekend.
