Final preparations for Atlantis’ lift-off to the International Space Station next week continue in work. Launch countdown preparations continue, aft closeouts continue with doors scheduled for installation today. The Extravehicular Mobility Units also have been installed and checked out. Mission managers continue to monitor several tropical storms though none are expected in the KSC vicinity in the near term and no work is being held up as we proceed on schedule for launch.
