In the Space Station Processing Facility, the Multi-Purpose Logistics Module has been opened. Offloading of the contents brought back from ISS is under way.  (Reference KSC Shuttle Status 9/06/01) 
The payload bay doors will be closed today for ordnance operations and reopened on Wednesday. The Shuttle/Payload integrated vehicle test is scheduled for Thursday. On Sunday, the flight crew will conduct a brief inspection of the payload bay and then on Monday, Aug. 6, the doors will be closed for flight.    (Reference KSC Shuttle Status 7/30/01) 
The Leonardo MPLM arrived at the pad July 25 and has been installed in the payload changeout room. Discovery’s payload bay doors are being opened today and the MPLM is slated for installation into the payload bay tomorrow morning. The standard payload interface verification test is slated for Aug. 2, and final payload bay door closure occurs Aug. 6.    (Reference KSC Shuttle Status 7/26/01)
The Leonardo MPLM arrives at the pad July 25 for installation into the payload changeout room. Leonardo will be installed into Discovery's payload bay July 27. The standard payload interface verification test is scheduled for Aug. 2 and the payload bay doors will be closed for flight Aug. 6.  (Reference KSC Shuttle Status 7/20/01 and 7/23/01)
The Leonardo MPLM is scheduled for transfer to Launch Pad 39A July 23. The Early Ammonia Servicer for the space station has been filled with liquid ammonia.  (Reference KSC Shuttle Status 7/05/01)
In the Space Station Processing Facility, aft access closure to the Leonardo Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM) is complete. Leak checks and heater testing was conducted as multi-layer insulation installation continues in work. Leak checks of the Common Berthing Mechanism continue in work this week. The MPLM is scheduled to be delivered to the pad in late July.  (Reference KSC Shuttle Status 6/20/01)
In the Space Station Processing Facility, aft access closure to the Leonardo Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM) was completed June 7. Leak checks and heater testing was conducted last Friday, while multi-layer insulation installation continues in work. A leak check of the Common Berthing Mechanism is being conducted today. The MPLM is scheduled to be delivered to the pad in late July.  (Reference KSC Shuttle Status 6/14/01)
Experiment and supply rack installations on the Leonardo Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM) in the Space Station Processing Facility are complete. Aft access closure to the MPLM was reset for today. Leak checks and heater testing will be conducted Friday. The delivery date of the MPLM to the pad is under review.  (Reference KSC Shuttle Status 6/07/01)
Experiment and supply rack installations on the Leonardo Multi-Purpose Logistics Module (MPLM) in the Space Station Processing Facility were completed last week. Aft access closure to the MPLM is tentatively set for late today. Leak checks and heater testing will be conducted later this week.
